Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. In view of order proposed to be passed, issuance of notice to the private- respondent(s) is hereby dispensed with. 3. The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to expedite the proceeding of the restoration application dated 28.11.2024 pending in the Case No. 3848/2022, Computerized Case no. T202204680303848- Ram Charitra Mishra and others Versus Gaon Sabha and others as contained in Annexure No.1 to the writ petition and to finalized the proceedings of demarcation under section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code 2006 by letting restored the possession of the petitioners over the Gata Nos. 114 and 115 in accordance with law within a short reasonable period to be prescribed by this Hon'ble court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that an order was passed on 13.08.2022 by the Sub Divisional Officer, Lambhua and thereafter demarcation was carried out on spot and thereafter the application for restoration of the Case No. 3848/2022, Computerized Case no. T202204680303848; Ram Charitra Mishra and others vs. Gaon Sabha and others preferred by the petitioner on 28.11.2024, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the opposite party no.2- Sub Divisional Magistrate, Lambhua, District Sultanpur to decide the restoration application dated 28.11.2024 pending in the Case No. 3848/2022, Computerized Case no. T202204680303848; Ram Charitra Mishra and others vs. Gaon Sabha and others, most expeditiously say within a period of two months, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties to the litigation and without granting any adjournment to either party, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. 4. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law. 5.
