(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.240 of 2024, dated 16.05.2024, under Sections 147, 307, 325 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Dehradun, District Dehradun. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. According to the FIR, on 15.05.2024, at 10:30 PM, the applicant and the co-accused attacked the brothers of the injured, due to which, Firoz’s skull bone was fractured, Shahbaz and Sanib both sustained grievous injuries. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that on the date of incident the applicant was 2 slapped by the injured; there was no intention on part of the applicant to cause any injury. 5. Learned State counsel would submit that the witnesses have categorically stated that it is the applicant, who attacked the injured Firoz, whose skull bone has been fractured. She would submit that the applicant could also be seen in the video, committing the offence. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is not a case fit for bail and the bail application of the applicant deserves to be rejected. 7. The bail application is rejected.
