Present petition has been filed seeking direction to respondents to ensure fair, impartial and proper investigation of the Case Crime No.0592 of 2024, under Sections 85, 80(2) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, 1961, P.S. - Nabawad, District- Jhansi. 3. In response to the order dated 4.2.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court, a short counter affidavit filed by learned A.G.A. and the same is taken on the record. 4. From the perusal of the aforesaid short counter affidavit filed, it transpires that deceased succumbed to injuries and immediate cause of death of the deceased is "shock and Haemorrhage". 5. Learned A.G.A. submits that during the course of the investigation, husband of the deceased has already been arrested. 6. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned A.G.A., the present petition is disposed of directing that the investigation to be concluded by the Investigating Officer under the supervision of Senior Superintendent of Police, Jhansi fairly, impartially and expeditiously, preferably within sixty days from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before them. 7. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the Competent Authority/Investigating Officer to act in accordance with law.
