Learned Standing Counsel states that essentially the allegations are against the opposite party no. 5 i.e. the Gram Pradhan. This is not the matter to be seen under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may avail other remedies as may be avail under law. The writ petition is disposed of.
