Shivam Pandey, Advocate has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.2 today in Court, which is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri Shivam Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.2. 3. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been by the applicants for quashing the Charge Sheet No.01 of 2021 dated 19.06.2021, arising out of Case Crime No.348 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 327 and 188 I.P.C. and Section 51 Disaster Management Act, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda. 4. It has been contended by learned counsel for the applicants that the respondent no.2 lodged an F.I.R. against the applicants which was registered as Case Crime No.348 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 327 and 188 I.P.C. and Section 51 Disaster Management Act, P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Gonda. It is contended that the parties had amicably settled their dispute and entered into a compromise, and the applicants filed Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. No.481 of 2025 before this Court for quashing the entire proceedings of against the applicants on the basis of said compromise, and this Court vide order dated 21.01.2025 disposed off the said application directing the parties to appear before the Court below for verification of the compromise. He submits that in pursuance of the said order, both the parties appeared before the Court below, on which the learned Magistrate verified the compromise entered into between the parties vide order dated 15.02.2025, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure-5 to the present application. Hence, it is submitted that the proceeding against the applicants be quashed. 5. Sri Shivam Pandey, learned counsel for respondent no.2 has admitted the fact of the compromise. 6. Accordingly, the present Application U/S 482 is disposed off in terms of compromise entered into between the parties. 7. The entire proceedings arising out of Charge Sheet No.01 of 2021 dated 19.06.2021 relates to Case Crime No.348 of 2021, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 327 and 188 I.P.C. and Section 51 Disaster Management Act, P.S.
