Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:23544 Court No. - 18 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 4103 of 2025 Petitioner :- Anjali Shukla Respondent :- Distt. Magistrate Distt. Hardoi And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vinod Kumar Singh,Sadhana Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned Standing Counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of respondents. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing Anganwadi Recruitment 2024 and final selected candidate list, Project Kachhauna, district Hardoi dated 24.3.2024 of Gram Panchayat Gyanpur with a further writ of mandamus directing respondents for appointment of the petitioner. Learned standing counsel on the basis of written instructions submits that as per income certificate, the petitioner is a candidate of above poverty line whereas the candidate at serial No.154, i.e. Anita Devi has been given first priority and selected as she is from a family of below poverty line as per her income certificate. Only because the petitioner is a widow is not sufficient. She has also to show that she is living below poverty line. For this reason, the petitioner's case cannot be considered in view of the government order dated 21.3.2023 as also the written instructions provided by the learned standing counsel. Apparently, the petitioner does not fulfil the requisite conditions of the advertisement as she is not a BPL candidate and accordingly, case of the petitioner has rightly been rejected for appointment on the post of Anganwari Karyakatri. The petition being devoid of merit is dismissed. Order Date :- 24.4.2025 kkb/ Digitally signed by :- KRISHNA KUMAR BARANWAL High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
