The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To, issue a direction to the Respondent No. 1/F.T.C./J.D., District - Sultanpur to decide the Suit for Permanent Injunction vide Original Suit No. 1198 of 1999 dated 25.09.1999 (Annexure No. 1), (Ram Murti & another vs. Sukhraji and others), before him since 25.09.1999, at an early date after hearing the parties concerned, in a given time frame fixed by this Hon'ble court" 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
