The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) To issue Mandamus of the petitioner to decide the interim application on dated 21/12/2024 before the Commissioner, Devipatan Mandal, Gonda within stipulated period in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as certain error has crept, while filing the present petition, as such the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof, as till date appeal has not been admitted. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. Office is directed to return back all the certified/original copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if he applies for the and submit the copies of same.
