The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) direct the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Kumarganj, District- Faizabad (now Ayodhya) (opposite party No. 1) to decide the Case No.305/2025, Ram Sunder vs. Tarawati, under Section 9Ka(2) of C.H. Act, which are pending before him since the year 2004-05, expeditiously, within stipulated time period." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as certain error has crept, while filing the present petition, as such the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified/original copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if she applies for the and submit the copies of same.
