Heard learned counsel for the petitioners was put to a specific query as to how the instant petition is maintainable at the behest of the petitioners whereas the petitioners have assailed the election held in terms of Section 25 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the Prescribed Authority for raising the grievance of the petitioners. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
