The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "i. to issue an appropriate order or direction directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No. 1, Kheri to decide the Civil Suit No.28 of 2021 Narendra Kumar Verma & Another Vs. Dinesh (Annexure No. 1) within stipulated time pending before him." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
