Present petition has been filed with following main prayers:- "i. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned FIR No. 23/2025 (Annexure no. 1) U/s 506,504, 354, 313, 328, 323, 498 A IPC, 3/4 D.P. Act, 1961 registered at PS Sushant Golf City, Lucknow. ii. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby restraining the Police from arresting the petitioners in connection with the impugned FIR No. 23/2025 (Annexure no. 1) U/s 506,504, 354, 313, 328, 323, 498 A IPC, 3/4 D.P. Act, 1961 registered at PS Sushant Golf City, Lucknow " 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the mediation between the parties has failed, thus, he prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court in accordance with law. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn.
