The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the respondent Nos.5 and 6 are impleaded in person, as they have taken the issue personally and are pressurizing the petitioners to settle the disputes between the petitioners and the villagers. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 4. The Writ Petition is disposed off, by directing the respondent Nos.4 to 6 not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following the due process of law and not to insist on the petitioners to settle disputes with any third parties.
