In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition has rendered infructuous due to redressal of the relief of the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the present writ petitioner is dismissed as infructuous. However, petitioners may challenge the said order dated 07.03.2024 in appropriate proceedings as per law, if need arises. 7.
