The petitioner says that the purchase center should not be established in a residential house rather it should be established at Galla Mandi Samiti, Baghajot. The petitioner has already represented to the District Magistrate, Bahraich. Let the said officer get the facts verified and ascertain as to whether such purchase center can be established/opened in a residential house of any person and then take such decision as is found to be appropriate.
