The present Civil Revision Petition is preferred under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. Learned counsel for the petitioner while making the submissions, inter alia, drawn the attention of this Court to the material filed along with the Revision Petition and states that though the suit was filed in the year 2013, the same was dismissed for default on 12.08.2014. He submits that immediately an application seeking restoration of the suit was filed and separate application was also filed to bring the legal representatives of the deceased defendant on record. He submits that the lAs., were ordered on 18.12.2024 and the abatement order was set aside. He submits that the petitioner/plaintiff is aged about 72 years and the delay in disposal of the suit is affecting his interest on the subject matter property. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks appropriate direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously. Considering the submissions made, the Civil Revision Petition' is disposed of providing that the learned Senior Civil Judge, Gurazala, shall make an endeavor to dispose of the suit i.e., O.S.No.182 of 2013 in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six (06) months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
