VAKA KRANTHI SRI 3 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “…..to issue an appropriate a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents 1n considering the cases of the Petitioners for appointment as Cluster Resource Person in terms of G.O.Ms.No. 93 Education PE.PROG-I Department, dat. 25-11-2016 as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider the cases of the Petitioners for appointment as Cluster Resource Person 25-17-2076 forthwith….” 2. Heard Sri T.V.S.Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Education. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 to 5 would submit that the claim of the petitioners is for the appointment of Cluster Resource Person in terms of G.O.Ms.No.93 dated 25.11.2016. Learned Standing Counsel would further submit that on verification of the subject record, the authorities found that the G.O.Ms.No.93, Education [PE.PROG-I] dated 25.11.2016 is a fake and bogus one and it is not genuine. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the same, this writ petition may be disposed of. 5. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of.
