The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i).issue an order or direction to court below I. e., Civil judge (Awar Khand) Court No.31,,District- Sultanpur, to expedite the permanent Injuction Suit filed by the opposite parties Which is pending in civil suit R.S no. 555/2013 Ram Abhilakh and others versus Shyam Sunder on date fixed i.e. 10.04.2025 pending before the learned civil judge (Awar Khand) Court No.31, District-Sultanpur." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2013, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
