Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, namely, Jhareelal Sharma was allowed to go on interim bail by an order dated 02.06.2025, by this Court and in pursuant to the directions by this Court, he has Page No.# 2/2 appeared before the Investigating Officer and has co-operated in the investigation. 3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Case Diary of Duliajan P.S. 64/2025 and has submitted that there are incriminating materials against the petitioner in the Case Diary. 4. However, he also submits that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has been recorded under Section 184 of the BNSS, 2023. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides and have gone through the Case Diary. 6. Since the petitioner has complied with a direction of this Court and has co-operated in the investigation, the interim bail granted on 02.06.2025 by this Court is hereby made absolute with the following conditions: i. That the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation. ii. That the petitioner shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person who may be acquainted with the facts of this case, so as to dissuade such person from disclosing such facts of the case before the Investigating Officer. 7.
