To direct the Learned Rent Authority, Under section -30 of U.P. Regulation of Urban Premises Tenancy Act, 2021 / Additional Collector / Additional District Magistrate, City (East) District -Lucknow, to decide the Case no. 4839 of 2023 (Smt. Sarandha Devi vs Smt. Ramlali Mishra) under section 21 (2) of U.P. Urban Premises Tenancy Regulation Act 2021, contained as Annexure no.2 to this petition, after deciding the Application under order 22 rule 3 and Order 6 Rule 17 r/w Section 151 C.P.C. dated 18.7.24 contained as Annexure No.3_to this petition, within stipulated period as fixed by the this Hon'ble High Court, contained as Annexure no. 2 to this petition, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending matter with all expedition, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
