By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following main relief :- "(i) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the order dated 29.8.2024 passed by opposite party No. 1 in Revision No. 2174 "Ram Abhilakh Vs. Ramaee and others village Fatehpur, Saraiya, Pargana Magalsi, Tehsil Sohawal, District Faizabad/Ayodhya, as contained in Annexure No. 1, in the interest of justice." In the absence of the relevant documents, viz. copy of the order dated 30.07.1985, the copy of the memo of the revision filed by Ram Abhilakh and others challenging the order dated 30.07.1985, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file fresh petition with proper pleadings and documents in support thereof. Office is directed to return certified copies of the order(s), if any, to the learned counsel for the petitioners, after retaining photocopies of the same on record, as per rules.
