(Oral) By way of present peon, peoners prays for issuance of writ in nature of mandamus direcng the respondents to release the arrears of pensionary benefits of late Shri Rakesh Kumar (Junior Technician), the predecessor of the peoners, in view of the le+er dated 29.10.2021 vide which recommendaons of Sixth Pay Commission were implemented regarding the pensioners. 2. Learned counsel for the peoners contends that legal noce dated 04.12.2024 (Annexure P.4) was also sent to the respondents to grant the claimed relief but no acon has been taken thereon ll date. 3. Learned counsel also submits that the peoners will be sasfied in case the respondents are directed to take a decision on the legal noce dated 04.12.2024 (Annexure P.4) by passing a speaking order in the me bound manner. 3. Noce of moon. 4. Mr. Rajesh Sehgal, Addl. AG, Punjab, accepts noce on behalf of the respondents. He has no objecon to the prayer made by learned counsel for the peoners. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the pares and have gone through the record of the case. 6.
