He states that on the recommendations of the Departmental Promotion Committee, the Governor Himachal Pradesh promoted the petitioners to the post of Principal (School Cadre) on regular basis and on notional basis from the date they assumed the charge of the post of Principal (on placement basis), 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 vide order dated 08.05.2025, in which petitioners figured at Sr. No. 44 and 84. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid communication vis-à- vis relief, as prayed for, in the instant proceedings, this Court is satisfied that relief, as prayed for, in the instant petition stands granted to the petitioner and as such, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
