Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that at present the petitioner is not faced with any inconveniences. Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 7 to 9 is present. Additionally it has been submitted that so far as the issues relating to reconnection of electricity is concerned, the same is pending before a co-ordinate bench. Having regard to the change of circumstances, I am of the view further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Instructions be 2 sent by the learned advocate for the State to the Inspector-in-charge, Narendrapur Police Station that he would oversee that no inconveniences is caused to the petitioners for the next one month and would follow up if any information is furnished by the petitioner.
