Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue an order or direction commanding the opposite party no. I to finalize the proceedings of suit expeditiously to decide the regular suit no.789/2015, Manju VS Malti and Anther which is pending Since 2015 before O.P.No.1 about 10 years as contained annexure no.1 to this petition, as well as the application for extension of interim order U/S-151 C.P.C. also consider, as contained annexure no.3 to this petition, within a shortest stipulated period." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
