The petitioner's grievance is that his land has been utilized by the Awas Vikas Parishad at Ayodhya without acquiring the same. 3. However, Counsel for the Awas Vikas Parishad says that not only petitioner's land has been acquired but the award has also been passed and his land are mentioned in the award. Copy of the said award has been given to the petitioner's counsel. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner will have to avail other remedies if he has a cause, specially as the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is not applicable to the proceedings under the Uttar Pradesh Avas Evam Vikas Parishad Adhiniyam, 1965. 5.
