Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Direct the Opposite Party No. 1 i.e. The Court of learned Family Count Additional Principal Judge (APJ 1th), Lucknow to decide the Section 13 Hindu Marriage Act Regular Suit No. 3737 of 2023 Srimati Radhika Versus Devendra Kumar and others; for expeditiously as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit which is pending before Opposite Party No. 1 since 07/10/2023 (contained in Annexure No. 1 to this petition) in the interest of justice." 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that the suit has proceeded exparte, however the same is not being decided. 4. In view of the said submission, it is directed that in case the suit has proceeded exparte, the same shall be concluded with all expedition preferably within a period of four months. 5.
