With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the matter is heard at this stage. 2. Petitioner is serving as Ayurvedic Pharmacist at AHWC Kugti, Sub Division Bharmour, District Chama, H.P. Petitioner’s case is that on completion of requisite tenure at the aforesaid tribal area, he furnished a representation on 03.03.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2 seeking transfer to a soft area and the aforesaid representation was followed by another representation dated 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 04.04.2025 (Annexure P-2). Petitioner’s grievance is that his said representations have till date not been considered and decided by the respondents. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
