The present contempt application is filed with the following prayer : "This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue notice against the contemnor/opposite party for the non compliance of the order dated 12.09.2024 passed in Writ A No.7707 of 2024 (Tilak Prasad V/s State of U.P. and others) contained as Annexure No.1 to this contempt petition, directing him to appear in person before this Hon'ble Court and punish the contemnor for his willful and deliberate disobedience of this Hon'ble Court's order." 3. Sri Prashant Singh Atal, learned Chief Standing Counsel- 1st appearing for respondent has filed affidavit of compliance duly signed by Sri Mahendra Deo, Director of Education (Secondary), Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow and informed that by order dated 13.05.2025 the order of the writ Court has already been complied with. The affidavit of compliance filed by respondent is taken on record. This fact is also admitted by the learned counsel for applicant. 4. Considering the contents of the order of writ Court as well as the contents of the compliance affidavit filed by respondent, this Court is of the view that since the order of the writ Court has been complied with by the respondent authority therefore, the present contempt application has lost its efficacy. 5.
