Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue a direction to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Pratapgarh, to hear and adjudicate within a stipulated time frame Original Suit No. 319/12, titled Santosh Chandra Kesarwani and another vs. Brijesh Pratap Singh and others (Computerised Case No. UPPG050005842014), pending before the said court, and/or to pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
