Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking the following relief: "Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.2171 of 2024 State Versus Javed and others arising out of Case Crime No.182 of 2024, Under Section 323, 504, 506 of IPC at Police Station-Kotwali, District Sitapur, pending in the Learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitapur as well as impugned summoning order dated 23.09.2024 and charge sheet no.181 of 2024 dated 10.06.2024 in case crime 182 of 2024, Under Section-323, 504, 506 IPC at Police Station- Kotwali, District-Sitapur submitted by the Investigating Officer against the petitioners in aforesaid Case Crime Number, on the basis of compromise executed between the applicants and respondent no.2, as contained in Annexure no.2 and 3 to this petition, in the interest of justice." 4. The parties have entered into a compromise and a compromise deed in this regard has been filed which has been verified by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitapur, copy of report of Chief Judicial Magistrate is annexed at Annexure No.6 of the Application. 5. As the parties have entered into a compromise which fact is not denied by Sri Sanjeev Kumar Pandey, Advocate appearing for the opposite party no.2, therefore, present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed in terms of compromise between the parties. 6. In view of the compromise entered into between the parties, the entire proceedings of Case No.2171 of 2024 (State Versus Javed and others) arising out of Case Crime No.182 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506 of IPC, Police Station-Kotwali, District Sitapur pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitapur is hereby quashed.
