Mr. Tara Chand Chauhan, Advocate, for respondent No. 4. ____________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): Reply on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 is on record, perusal whereof reveals that pension case of the petitioner has been sent to the office of Accountant General (A&E), Shimla, which fact has been fairly acknowledged by learned counsel for respondent No. 4. Mr. Tara Chand Chauhan, learned counsel for respondent No. 4, states that needful shall be done expeditiously preferably within two weeks. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. In view of the above, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 4 to ensure that PPO is issued in favour of the petitioner within two weeks, with further direction to the respondents-State to release arrears, if any, on account of pension, expeditiously, preferably within four weeks, failing which, petitioner would be entitled to interest at the rate of 6% per annum from the date the settled amount fell due till realization.
