This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report No. 0046/2025 dated 19.02.2025 lodged by the opposite party No.5 at Police Station-Bhiti, District Ambedkar Nagar under Sections 319(2)/318(4)/336(3)/340(2)/352/351(3) of B.N.S.. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under the law. 5.
