Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 62/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 of the I.P.C. and Sections 66 B, 66 C, 66 D & 84 (C) of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-II, Deoghar. On 16.06.2024, Cyber police Deoghar, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in the house of the petitioner, raided his house and apprehended this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones, e-gadgets and other articles were recovered from their possession. Learned lawyer for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody for more than a year.
