Counsel for Petitioner :- Jamil Ahamad Azmi,Ranjeet Asthana Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Govind Krishna Hon'ble Ajay Bhanot,J. Office has reported that the notice has been served upon the respondents No. 4 and 5. No one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents No. 4 and 5. Shri Subhranshu Shekhar, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has assisted the Court on behalf of the respondents No. 4 and 5 at the request of the Court. The petitioners claim that certain benefits including salary for additional work have not been disbursed to them. They have made a representation in this regard but to no avail. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the matter requires determination of facts by the competent authority as per law in the first instance. In the wake of preceding discussions and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No.5-Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Azamgarh is directed to decide the representation of the petitioners regarding claim of certain benefits including salary for additional work, preferably, within a period of three months as per law from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with a fresh copy of the representation. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed of. Order Date :- 21.4.2025 Jaswant Digitally signed by :- JASWANT KUMAR High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
