Learned counsel for the respondent-University, inviting attention of this Court towards the contents of reply filed by it alongwith a copy of the re-evaluation result appended therewith as Annexure-R/1, would submit that this writ petition is rendered infructuous inasmuch as the re-evaluation result of the affected students has already been declared. Taking into consideration the contentions advanced by the learned counsel for the respondent-University and the material on record, this Court is satisfied that nothing survives for [2025:RJ-JP:14257] (2 of 2) [CW-2616/2005] consideration of this Court in the instant writ petition, the same is dismissed accordingly.
