For the State There is another police case as against the petitioner for similar offence. Apparently, petitioner is misutilizing Government documents of borrowers of a finance company and was enriching himself. Enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail will be inimical to the investigation and will also send a wrong signal to the society. It may impede the discovery of the proceeds of the crime. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. 2 Accordingly, C.R.M. (A) 849 of 2025 is dismissed.
