Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The petitioner is permitted to correct the typographical error in the prayer clause during the course of the day. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/District Judge, Sultanpur to decide the MACP No. 377 of 2008, Mohd. Khalique Vs. Satyanarayan and others, under Section 166/98A of Motor Vehicle Act, as earliest as possible within any stipulated period." 4. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the concerned court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending case with all expedition, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of copy of this order. 5.
