The petitioner wants disposal of proceedings under Section 38 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, however, learned Standing Counsel says that proceedings are not in accordance with law. 3. Be that as it may, if any such proceedings have been initiated as per law then the competent authority/court should conclude it at the earliest say within a period of three weeks unless there is any legal impediment. In future while filing such petition, the same should be filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 4. With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
