The matter pertains to the year 2005 and since then it has remained pending. No interim order is operating in favour of the petitioners. It appears that by efflux of time, writ petition has become infructuous. 5. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. .
