The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 17.01.2025, whereby the shop in question was allotted to the respondent. 3. The contention of the petitioner is that the same was allotted contrary to the provisions contained in the Government Order. 4. Learned Standing Counsel states that an appeal is prescribed against the said order. 5. Considering the said objection, the petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to prefer an appeal, if so advised, in accordance with law. In case, the appeal is filed within a period of one month from today, the same shall be entertained on merits and shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.
