Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To issue an order or direction to the learned Court of Civil Judge (J.D), Mahumudabad, Sitapur to decide and conclude the application for opening the obstructed way given on 24.02.2025 with objection filed by the petitioner in injunction suit bearing Case No. 25/2025 (Ramkumar Versus Saroj and another), contained as Annexure No. 9 to this petition and ensure free access to the petitioner's residence in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
