The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 (District Magistrate, Amethi) to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20.02.2025 (contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition) for removal of illegal possession by opposite party nos. 5 & 6 over the land bearing Gata No. 168 (Naveen Parti) situated at Village Baisda, Tehsil Amethi, District Amethi, which is reserved for Harijan Abadi." 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of moving an appropriate application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In case, such an application is moved, the same shall be decided expeditiously and in accordance with law. 4. The petition is finally disposed of, in terms of above.
