Out of the two khatedars, only one, Zakir Ali, has executed the lease in the favour of the petitioner i.e. the lease in respect of the land proposed to be offered by the petitioner for being allotted the retail outlet by the opposite party no. 1, therefore, he has been found to be ineligible, rightly so. This is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
