The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants praying for quashing of the order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar in Criminal Misc. Case No.557 of 2023. 3. The Stamp Reporter has reported that present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is not maintainable against the impugned order as there is effective remedy of filing criminal revision against the order impugned. 4. By the impugned order, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar has directed for registration of F.I.R. against the applicants on the application under Section156(3) of Cr.P.C. 5. Since, there is an effective remedy of filing criminal revision against the order impugned, therefore, this Court disposes off the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with liberty to the applicants to prefer criminal revision against the order impugned.
