Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To pass the order or direction to the learned court below to decide the Regular Suit No. 253/2014, Ram Lakhan Vs. Ram Adhar & another, pending before the Civil Judge, Room No. 30, Sultanpur since 21.02.2014 according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2014, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
