In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court the wilful disobedience of order dated 03.09.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in WPSB No.549 of 2024, Vinay Sharma vs. Sandeep Singh and another, by which the order of suspension of the petitioner was stayed. On 31.12.2024, notices were issued to the respondents, whereby respondents had to file their response. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that compliance of the order dated 03.09.2024 passed in the first petition has already been done by the respondents and nothing survives in the contempt petition. Learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2 submits that no contempt was done by the respondents. The Court had passed the order on 03.09.2024 in first petition and on 04.09.2024, it was duly complied with by the respondents. The Court takes on record the statement given by the learned counsel for the parties. In view of the statement given by the learned counsel for the parties, nothing survives in the contempt petition.
