P V RAMANA Counsel for the Respondent/complainant: 1.PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order; Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner 2. is arraigned as accused No.3 in C.C.No.218 of 2018 on the file of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Repalle. It is submitted that the petitioner is presently working as Assistant Director of Marketing. It is submitted that even as per the accused is said to have forged the signatures of / St charge sheet, the 1 concerned officials, which resulted in embezzlement the funds of th-^ government. It is stated that accused 1 to 3 have shared the said amount between them. On the strength of the complaint, the police have investigated and filed charge sheet. It is submitted that the petitioner is seeking a direction to the learned Magistrate to dispose of the C.C.No.218 of 2018 on merits as the case is repeatedly being adjourned without any development. It is submitted that the case is now posted for issuance of summons to the listed witnesses 1 to 3. It is submitted that the petitioner is denied the service benefits for promotion and other benefits on account of the pendency of the criminal case against her. 3. Considering the submissions, the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Repalle, shall endeavour to complete the trial, preferably within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With these observations, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 5. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. Sd/.
