Ms. Richa Lal, Advocate For the Respondent(s): Mr. Krishna Prajapati, AC to SC-V
Mr. Kishore Kr. Singh, Advocate ------
03/ 02.01.2025
Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that the petitioners are Constables and are working in the District of Koderma. It is their grievance that they are not getting the

benefit of the 7th Pay Revision whereas similarly situated Constables working in the others Districts of the State are getting the said benefits.

Learned counsel representing the respondent-State submits that the petitioners have already filed a representation and the same is pending before the Authorities.
3.
Considering the submission of the State, I direct the petitioners to file a fresh representation raising their claim before the Superintendent of Police, Koderma. If any representation is filed within six weeks, he should consider the same and if it is found that the petitioners are entitled for the benefit of 7th Pay Revision, the same should be extended to them.
4.
It is expected that the entire process should be concluded within 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
5.
With the above directions, this writ petition stands
disposed of.
