Petitioner instituted Kamlesh Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.2 seeking direction to the respondents to pay her family pension with all incidental benefits. The writ petition was disposed of on 02.08.2023 permitting the petitioner to withdraw the same with liberty to file a comprehensive representation seeking benefits claimed by her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner thereafter filed a detailed representation to the respondents. Petitioner was also called by the office of Executive Engineer I&PH Division Paonta Sahib, District Sirmour (respondent No.4) for completion of codal formalities. She also received communication from respondent No.4 on 11.12.2023 ( Annexure P-2) calling upon her to furnish requisite documents. It is the case of the petitioner that she had supplied all the documents available with her, however, respondents have till date not considered her case. 3. In view of the case projected by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the case of the petitioner and to release family pension to her, if admissible, in law within a period of six weeks. The order so passed be also communicated to the 2CWP No. 2351/2023 decided on 02.08.2023 3 petitioner. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
